MTV

We've developed a framework which allows leaving video comments on any kind of content using webcam, and than publish them on a major video hosting site. It's based on red5 open source Flash Media Server, flash client working with webcam, and backend for moderating, transcoding, and uploading videos using Ruby and PHP.
